DCCTAns Class

Storage ring DCCT supervisor. The goal is to abstract the fact that there are two subsystems {red lion + DCCTBergoz} in the current interlocks system.
Indeed, only one of the two subsystems is used at the time.
This device checks the relay configuration (physical relays are used to switch between the two configurations) and brings up the interface of the active RedLion.
