States
Names	Descriptions
ALARM	The device is in the ALARM state. (At least one motor is in an alarm state).
MOVING	The monochromator is moving. (At least one motor is moving)
STANDBY	The monochromator is waiting for request.
FAULT	At least one motor is unreachable.
INIT	The monochromator proxies initialisation is ok but you need to call the InitializeMonochromator command.
