| ALARM | The device is in the ALARM state. (At least one motor is in an alarm state). |
| MOVING | The monochromator is moving. (At least one motor is moving) |
| STANDBY | The monochromator is waiting for request. |
| FAULT | At least one motor is unreachable. |
| INIT | This state can arrive at the initialization of the monochromator. Indeed, if the init_device() method is ok, the monochromator is set to the Init State. It is required after to used it to call the InitializedMonochromator command. |
| DISABLE | This state is used when the grating position is not checking the current grating slot position range. |
| RUNNING | A command to pilot the monochromator energy is running. It needs to wait the end of this command before doing another thing in the monochromator device |
