Names	Descriptions
RUNNING	Device is in RUNNING state if not exceptions were thrown and if the PLCServer is in OPEN state. Data are up to date.
FAULT	Exception caught.
ALARM	Device is in ALARM state when : - Some DB's data were not updated (because of the PLCServer or because of the PLCDataViewer) - The PLCServer is not in the OPEN state
