This Device Server controls the Power Supply of a
Passive Septum in the Soleil Accelerators.
The power supply is controled by a PLC so this device uses the PLCServer gateway.
The readback of the current / voltage come from Adlink cPCI board, so this device uses a
RetriggContinuousAI device.
The triggering is done by a NI 6602 board, so this device controls the triggering thru a
RetrigPulseGeneration device.
