This class returns the state of two relays (A and B) of a module.
To do so, the state is a combination of AND logic of the relays.
If the result is 1 -> the state is ON
If the result is 0 -> the state is OFF if the two relays are 0, else
(if one is 1 and the other 0) -> the state is UNKNOWN
