States
Names	Descriptions
MOVING	At least one motor is moving.
STANDBY	The device is in standby state. This the normal state. The device is ready to accept requests.
ALARM	The device is in Alarm state. At least one motor is in ALARM state.
FAULT	The device is in the fault state. At least one motor can't be reached.
EXTRACT	The device is in computing state.
INIT	The traitpointplan proxies initialisation is ok but you need to call the InitializeTraitPointPlan command
